At the end of 2004 Mr. Vladimir Galaktionov paid for goods by IMPEXBANK plastic card, thus starting the second billion of US dollars, processed by “Unicor- Finance” processing center since the beginning of the year 2004. The card owner was given a prize – a bottle of collection wine of the 1909 harvest and a box of champagne.
Mr. Galaktionov was also granted the lifelong right to execute operations with IMPEXBANK free of charge.
